Off and running
Quick announcement to make to all of you readers out there, and I mean all zero of you. I no longer am in the employ of Ultimate Software, South Florida's little tech darling. Great experience there, yes, but I have decided to leave to form my own software company with a business partner of upmost talent, brains, and financial discipline.
So today is the first day of full-time startup-ness, after months of working two jobs and staying up until 1,2,3 in the morning.
So far so good. Will keep you posted.

How could you leave Ultimate? 3rd best place to work in America (they got robbed - should have been #1).
Plus I heard there CTO is really cool (if not a great tennis player).

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
